By accessing or using the WorshipFill mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
WorshipFill reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
WorshipFill is a marketplace that connects churches and worship organizations ("Church Admins") with skilled musicians ("Musicians") for worship team fill engagements. The Platform facilitates scheduling, communication, payments, and performance tracking between these parties.
WorshipFill is not an employer of Musicians and does not guarantee the quality or availability of any party.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. WorshipFill reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

WorshipFill maintains a Reliability Score (0–100) for each Musician, which is updated automatically based on behavior:
This score is visible to Church Admins and influences invitation priority in the matching algorithm.
WorshipFill charges a platform fee of 9% on each paid transaction, with a minimum fee of $10.00 and a maximum cap of $75.00 per transaction.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Musicians must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts. WorshipFill does not store credit card or bank account numbers directly.
Payments are automatically initiated after the service end time once the Musician has completed geo-verified check-in. Church Admins authorize this automatic collection when confirming a booking.
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows by Musicians may result in the Church Admin being refunded. Disputes should be directed to support@worshipfill.center.
Church organizations may subscribe to paid plans for expanded features:
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
WorshipFill offers optional SMS messaging for fill-request invitations, scheduling reminders, payout notifications, account security codes, and (separately) marketing announcements. SMS consent is collected separately from these Terms inside the WorshipFill app and is off by default. You may opt in to transactional and marketing messages independently and revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message or by toggling SMS Consent off under Settings → SMS Consent. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Mobile information and phone numbers will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Full program details are available on the SMS Program page.
Both Church Admins and Musicians may leave reviews (1–5 stars with optional comments) after a completed engagement. Reviews become available after the service end time. Each party may submit one review per fill request. Reviews must be truthful and respectful. WorshipFill reserves the right to remove reviews that violate community standards.
Users may share referral codes to invite others to the Platform. Referral benefits, if any, are determined by WorshipFill and may change at any time. Abuse of the referral system (such as creating fake accounts) will result in account suspension.
You agree not to:
All content, branding, and software on the Platform are owned by WorshipFill or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as profile photos and portfolio videos) but grant WorshipFill a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.
WorshipFill provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorshipFill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions.
WorshipFill's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to WorshipFill in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorshipFill, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
WorshipFill may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
