Mobile information and phone numbers will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver SMS messages you have explicitly opted in to receive (e.g., fill-request invitations, scheduling reminders, payout notifications, account security codes), and may be passed to our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) only for the purpose of sending those messages. SMS consent is collected separately from this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, and can be revoked at any time by replying STOP to any message or by toggling SMS Consent off in the WorshipFill app under Settings → SMS Consent. We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.
The WorshipFill mobile app uses device local storage (AsyncStorage) to persist session data, preferences, and cached information. The website may use cookies for session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
